The Family Fun Fests give parents and preschoolers hands-on experience with activities and tips that demonstrate what parents can do at home to prepare their child for school. Many local agencies will provide information on kindergarten and pre-K registration, literacy and childrens programs in Calvert County. The fun event offers performances by popular childrens entertainers, free pizza and cookies, giveaways including books, passes to the Calvert Marine Museum and much more! The sixth annual Family Fun Fest events are sponsored by PNC Bank, Target, a Friend of Families and coordinated by Success By 6, Calvert County Public Schools, and the Calvert County Interagency Council for Families and Children.
