An evidentiary hearing for Case No. 9504(r) will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, beginning at 10 a.m. in the Maryland Public Service Commission’s 19th floor hearing room, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The purpose of the annual hearing is to review SMECO’s purchased power cost adjustment charges.
