- 3:15 p.m. - Marcus Mitchell & Joi Carter
- 5:30 p.m. - Headliner - Julian Vaughan
A kickoff concert is set for Friday, July 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the College of Southern Maryland in Leonardtown. Other events are planned all weekend throughout town.
