The event will open with a presentation of the colors, official proclamations, special awards, and a wreath-laying ceremony honoring U.S. Colored Troops, including local Medal of Honor recipients. There will be live music, workshops, kids activities, exhibits, speakers, and various vendors. This is a free family friendly community event.
