Find Your Path to Energy Savings
Taking steps to improve your business’s energy efficiency is one of the most effective ways to control costs. And SMECO is here to help with incentives for upgrades to lighting, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and more, so you’ll accelerate your payback period and start saving right away.
How you save is up to you. Choose your own service provider and get incentives for your project.
Prescriptive Program
Upgrading to equipment that’s proven to reduce energy use has many benefits. Simply choose from qualifying equipment and take advantage of incentives that can cover up to 75% of the incremental costs for replacing your old equipment. No detailed engineering analysis required.
To apply for an incentive, choose the equipment that’s right for you:
- Lighting and controls
- HVAC
- High-efficiency equipment (refrigeration, kitchen equipment, appliances, plug load)
Custom Program
One size doesn’t always fit all. That’s why we offer incentives for even the most complex and unique energy efficiency projects. The first step is an engineering analysis to determine your project’s energy-saving potential. Then, for equipment not included in the Prescriptive Program, SMECO can offer 75% of the incremental costs of replacing your old equipment.
Custom projects can include the following:
- Variable refrigerant flow systems
- Floating head/suction pressure on refrigeration rack systems
- Compressed air systems
