HVAC equipment must be listed with the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). Also, you’ll need to pay sales tax on the pre-incentive prices.
One incentive per measure. If a customer receives an incentive on an equipment purchase, they cannot claim a second incentive on that same piece of equipment through any other SMECO Business Solutions Program application.
