Authorized Installation Contractors
After your Home Energy Analysis, SMECO connects you with a HEIP authorized installation contractor to complete your projects. The authorized contractor will provide a contract that shows your final cost with the guaranteed rebates for the improvements you select.
SMECO provides an HVAC tune-up to HEIP participants at no additional cost. An HVAC tune-up will identify any problems your heating and cooling system may have. Save energy and money by having your system restored to its optimal condition through various important procedures, including:
- System diagnostic testing
- Coil inspection
- Indoor and outdoor coil cleaning
- Expansion valve inspection
- Electrical inspection
- Refrigerant level inspection
- Condensate drain clearing
