SMECO customer-members may schedule a comprehensive walk-through analysis at no additional cost to your existing service. All residential customer-members are eligible, even if you have previously participated in the Quick Home Energy Check-up or Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® programs. You are responsible for paying for the improvements you agree to as part of the contract you sign with your chosen participating contractor. Improvement costs depend on your home (size, age, style, etc.) and the types of improvements you choose to make. Remember, you could be eligible for up to $7,500 in instant rebates from SMECO to help offset some of the upgrade costs.
