“As a lifelong resident of St. Leonard, Maryland, I believe the greatest change over the years has been the tremendous growth of the county, most of it for the better. The rural element in Southern Maryland has helped to keep growth positive and to preserve the rural atmosphere so that people enjoy living here.
“I cherish SMECO’s past because of my parents, who instilled in me the importance of the annual meeting; I look forward to addressing future challenges as a SMECO board member and am very proud of SMECO’s Southern Maryland Reliability Project.”
