The event launches this year's On the Water's Edge Concert Series and Leonardtown Summer Music Festival, and it marks International Dance [and Music] Day and Cinco de Mayo. Featured will be Leonardo Garcia Y Son Horizonte in concert and Latin Dance instruction.
