Dashboard – click the menu icon to expand the menu and access the dashboard.

Outage information updates every five minutes and displays the number of active outages, number of customers without power, and the total number of SMECO customers.

Bookmark – Use this feature to bookmark an image of your county after you zoom in.

Layers – You can toggle between the satellite image or the road map.

Legend – View outage data by location, county, or ZIP code.

Summary – View outage data by county or ZIP code in a table format.

Weather – See radar imagery of weather patterns and use the loop function to see 30 minutes of imagery.

For smartphone and other mobile devices

Use your touchscreen to pan or zoom in on the map. To view detailed information about an item such as an outage, simply touch the item and a dialog box will appear. To collapse the dialog box, touch a blank area of the map.

To view detailed information

Click on an item on the map, such as an outage symbol, with your mouse. A dialog box will appear with more information. To collapse the dialog box, click on a blank area of the map.

To zoom in or out

Click the plus or minus button in the upper left corner of the map or rotate the wheel on your mouse. The zoom limit is one km per inch.

To pan the map

Use the arrow keys on your keyboard or click a point on the map and drag it in any direction.
