The Bylaws of Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SMECO) provide that SMECO members possessing the necessary qualifications may be elected to its Board of Directors. In order to be considered a candidate for the Board of Directors election, please provide the information requested below. The form requires you to submit your biography and photo.
